Relax with the whole family at this cozy accommodation in a rural place by the water. Everything is available in this cozy chalet with four bedrooms to stay comfortably or enjoy a weekend away or a vacation with family or friends. Extremely child-friendly with lots of toys, large trampoline outside, scooters, bicycles and a go-kart. Very complete kitchen to prepare cozy dinners and eat together. Two bathrooms with downstairs also a sauna. The space Come celebrate your vacation in this beautiful, wooden chalet on the waterfront! Everything is available for a comfortable vacation or weekend away in a quiet, rural environment. The house is perfect for families with children. Downstairs is a spacious living room with two sofas and TV with Nintendo Wii including games. French door to the backyard with spacious terrace, large trampoline, jetty in the back of the garden. The go-kart, 2 children's bikes, 2 scooters, 2 adult bikes, canoe may be used. Fences are placed around the backyard (also between the water and the garden). Kitchen with large table where ten people can easily be seated. Kitchen is very complete, with stove (4-burner induction), oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and many other kitchen utensils (such as hand blender, hand mixer, rice cooker, sandwich maker). Pepper and salt and other spices, oil, coffee and tea for the first morning, are available. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower, sink with two sinks and large mirror, toilet, sauna (max 4 people) and washing machine. Downstairs is an extra room with comfortable sofa bed, children's kitchen, table with chairs and Lego, foosball table. Anyway, lots of toys available that can be used (games, books, puzzles, play garage, building toys, Lego etc). Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200 and a cot. Bedroom 2: double bed 160x210. Bedroom 3: triple bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a space closed to tenants with storage of linens, towels and belongings. In the hall upstairs, a stair gate is placed at the top of the stairs. The house is built with sustainability in mind. There is no gas connection. A heat pump with a hot water tank is used. Floor heating on the entire ground floor and in the bathroom upstairs. The whole house is very well insulated, triple glazed everywhere, solar panels will be installed in the future. Guest access All spaces are available during the stay except a closet used for storage on the first floor. Other things to note Two pairs of keys are available in the lockbox. Please note: the municipality charges tourist tax to tenants. This amounts to 1.50 euros per person per night. This amount is in addition to the rent, and we have to pay it to the municipality.
