Nestled in the landscape of the beautiful Prüm Valley, our apartment is located on a quiet residential street. The apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building and has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) Take the whole family to this great place with lots of space for a break in the Eifel. The apartment offers everything you need and is therefore the perfect temporary home! The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and has 2 double bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). A cozy reading corner invites book lovers to read extensively. The modern kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen and all the equipment needed to prepare meals. In the living room directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table for eating together - or for playing together. The seating area with 2 sofas is inviting for relaxation, chatting or watching TV. The TV has satellite reception. A DVD player and radio are also available for entertainment. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Outside there is a small terrace with a seating area that can be used in fine weather. Guest access For the duration of your stay, the entire apartment with 83 square meters is available to you. Linens, towels and kitchen linen are provided. When the weather is nice, the terrace can be used. A parking space is available for your car.
