Nestled in the countryside of beautiful Prüm Valley, our apartment is located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our residential building and has 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) Take the whole family to this great home with room for a break in the Eifel. The apartment offers everything you need and is therefore the perfect home away from home! The space The apartment was completely renovated inside in 2022 and has 2 double bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. One bedroom is equipped with double bed (180x200cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90x200cm). A cozy reading corner invites book lovers to browse extensively. The modern kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen and all the equipment needed to prepare meals. In the living room directly adjacent to the kitchen, there is the dining area with a large table for eating together - or also to play together. The seating area with 2 sofas is inviting for relaxing, cloning or watching TV. The TV has satellite reception. A DVD player and radio are also available for entertainment. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Outside, there is a small terrace with a seating area that can be used in nice weather. Guest access For the time of your stay, the entire apartment with 83 square meters is at your disposal. Linens, towels and kitchen linens are provided. When the weather is nice, the terrace can be used. A parking space is available for your car.
