It is located 1 mile from Crantock village and just a 5 minute walk along a level sandy path from Polly Joke Beach which is a safe sandy cove considered one of the most unspoilt beaches in Cornwall. The space Dove cottage is a spacious family property. The top floor of the property comprises an airy, light bedroom with a king size oak bed complete with an ensuite bathroom: toilet, shower and bidet. Downstairs has a second ensuite bedroom with a double bed with a large window overlooking the back garden. The third bedroom consists of 2 single beds. A third bathroom comprises a bath with overhead shower and toilet. As well a lounge there is a separate reading / card playing room and kitchen diner. Dove Cottage has direct access to a private terrace/BBQ area via french doors from the living room. There is a private garden to the rear and extensive lawn to the side.
