Come and enjoy our large terrace overlooking the city and mountains, where we offer you a comfortable space for the whole family. With a sound system, jacuzzi and a family area with bowling alley and board games, what are you waiting for to enjoy a spring vacation? 🌺✨ The space FACILITIES: The accommodation consists of four bedrooms in total: three private and one family. It has private bathrooms in the bedrooms, a common bathroom, and an auxiliary bathroom for social use. It also includes a dining area, two living rooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a terrace with the best amenities, a balcony, and a garage. AMENITIES: Private ▪️ Access: When you check in, you'll be personally given the keys to access the property and rooms during your stay. ▪️ Parking: We have a private covered garage with space for one vehicle. Outside, you'll find an additional parking space at no cost. ▪️ Security: There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property, monitoring the entire perimeter of the common parking lot, neighboring areas, and the entrance to the accommodation. In an emergency, we have a first aid kit and fire extinguishers available inside. Audiovisual and Technological▪️ Equipment: We provide Wi-Fi and satellite TV as a courtesy. In addition, the property has televisions and a sound system installed. ▪️ Cleaning and Disinfection: After each visit, we carry out a complete cleaning of the accommodation. We provide new hygiene items and bedding. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower; two of them with hot water and one with cold water. Room ▪️ Facilities: All bedrooms have closets and nightstands. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, tableware, and flatware. In the laundry room, you'll find a washing machine, clothesline, and cleaning supplies. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, from the terrace to the garage, with the exception of certain bedrooms depending on the number of people staying.
