We are just a message away if further details are needed. Guest access Whether you're planning a relaxing getaway for two or a retreat in the mountains with your family- this is your place. Nestled inside a 24 hour, gated community on a quiet street just a block away from the main lake, you’ll rest easy within the entire charming two story cabin on almost a half acre. Keyless entry (- a code will be sent in your welcome message), smart thermostats and propane for fireplace and grill are provided. The community policy requires each guest to be registered prior to the arrival date. This is required by the Big Bass Lake to gain access to the Cabin. Only guests registered prior to arrival will be allowed on the property. As registered renters in Big Bass Lake, our guests will have access to all community amenities with purchase of amenity passes - $8/day weekdays, $10 Sat/Sun/holidays, $30/week or $50/holiday week, free age 6 and under. Other things to note Please read the rules and regulations of the Big Bass Lake community. This is given to every guest along with a rental agreement the community requires. Any fines given for a violation of the rules will be the sole responsibility of the guest that is renting the property. Other things to note • Small pets (under 20 lb.) are welcome for an additional $50 per stay • No smoking. No parties or events • Must be at least 25 year-old to book • Photo ID is required upon check-in • The cleaning fee is for a general cleaning only, any cleaning beyond a general cleaning such as food, drink or carpet stains will be charged additional
