This creekfront cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. Priced for 2 guests but can accomodate a maximum of 3 with a $50/night supplement for an extra guest. (2 Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Single). A 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Sorry, no pets. The space The cabin is nestled in the trees alongside the mountain spring water that flows from Mount Nelson into 4 Mile Creek & Kootenay Lake. Updated in 2019, this log cabin maintains its rustic charm with exposed beams, yet offers all the modern amenities. Also featuring gardens, a raised bridge/walkway, a large deck overlooking a bubbling creek & a BBQ. The space is open concept. There is 1 loft-style bedroom upstairs with 2 beds (Queen & Single). Sleeping arrangements make it perfect for a couple, or a small family of 3. Note: there is no door at the top of the stairs to the bedroom. A Roku Guest Account allows safe access to your favorite TV streaming subscriptions ... automatically logging out & deleting your information at check-out time. Or enjoy our DVD library of movies. Owners live next door, and are available if you need assistance. Guest access Spring/summer, the cabin is not visible through the trees from the driveway. Drive straight to the back end of the driveway. Park at the cabin sign & follow the pathway past the shed and across the bridge over 4 Mile Creek. We'll provide a keycode prior to your arrival.
