This charming 1892 home overlooks Maple Creek and Dartt’s Park on Cherry Street in Owatonna. Fully renovated and ready to accommodate, the home combines historic character with modern comfort. The home features two legal bedrooms. Please note that the second bedroom does not have a door at the bedroom opening. It is located by itself in the back corner of the home, away from the main living areas, so it still offers a relatively private sleeping space. The space The Little House offers two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a traditional bedroom door. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is a legal bedroom; however, it does not have a door at the bedroom opening. The room is tucked away by itself in the back corner of the home, which provides a good degree of separation and privacy from the living room and other common areas. If you would like additional visual privacy, just let us know and we will provide a shower rod and curtain for the bedroom opening. The living area features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and the essentials for preparing meals.
