In a beautiful quiet secluded location, this completely newly built luxury ski chalet is offered for the first time in the 2017 winter season. Built in a solid log cabin construction, the chalet offers unique comfort in both summer and winter paired with impressive mountain views. Open fireplace and sauna are among the special equipment highlights. Space for 6-9 guests. The space The chalet with a total of 170 m² of living space is spread over three floors. On the ground floor is a large open area, which is divided into kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, wine refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a beer dispenser (bring your own 6 l barrels). The large dining table in the bay window can accommodate up to ten people and the cozy seating area with plasma TV invites you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings. The center of the living area is the beautiful open fireplace. From here you can reach the large south terrace, which is equipped with high-quality garden furniture and loungers. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor to three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, TV and access to the beautiful balcony. Another bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also private access to the balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed and is therefore ideally suited as a children's room. On this floor you will find another large bathroom with shower and toilet. The wellness oasis in this beautiful chalet is located in the basement of the house. Here you can enjoy an infusion in the combined sauna (Finnish/infrared) and then relax in the relaxation room with rain shower and separate toilet. From here you have access to the covered wellness terrace with sun loungers and another smaller terrace. Next door is the shoe room with wardrobe and a technical room. The complete chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, custom-made furniture made of solid wood, pine beds and Wi-Fi.
