House in the hills near Bologna

Quiet apartment on a hill just 20 minutes by car from Bologna and 7 minutes from Pianoro Vecchio, on the first floor in a house with only 2 apartments, with independent entrance, private terrace and garage for 2 wheels. Surrounded by nature and friendly animals such as cows, donkeys, peacocks, dogs and cats, it offers direct access to hiking trails (2km Via degli Dei) and mountain biking. A fenced common courtyard with an automatic gate offers a safe parking and play area. The space The apartment is reached on the first floor, via an external staircase, reserved for your apartment. Here you will find a terrace with a table and umbrella, two chairs (others on request) and a masonry bench. Entering through the glass door, you will find yourself in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, and essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, and 1 bottle of mineral water per person. Through a small hallway you reach the bathroom with shower, which divides the two bedrooms. One room has a bed for two people, the other two single beds, which can be joined on request. Guest access Considering the presence of stairs to access the apartment, this is not very suitable for people with significant walking problems. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, compatible with the booking calendar. We will gladly meet you, where possible. For arrivals on Sunday, we will leave the keys for you. Other things to note The house is not accessible by public transport, except for taxis. In the fields around the house, there are a multitude of animals on the pastures. Don't be alarmed if you hear the call of a peacock, the neighing of a horse, or even the howls of wolves and the roars of lions from the nearby Monte Adone Center for the Protection of Exotic and Wild Fauna.
