Located on the edge of Dorrigo township, Mid-North Coast Hinterland, NSW. A great get away from hustle bustle of everyday life, whilst only 55mins to Coffs Coast and airport.A perfect destination for peaceful holiday getaway with Max 6 guests to enter property. Explore the national parks and waterfalls The space The 120 federation homestead is nestled amongst 2.5acres of lush pastures with quiet, peaceful surroundings, overlooking rolling hills and valley views with privacy around house and backyard. Occassionally see the beautiful cows next door and our 2 lovely mare horses eating the pastures. The homestead has been extensively renovated with ongoing improvements, has been a labour of love. Inside house features hardwood floorboards and weatherboard walls and iron roof, foundation on solid brick piers. Will have access to ground level, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, sunroom, dining room and balcony access overlooking stunning views. Located close to Dorrigo town centre (2 min drive) and the beautiful Dangar Falls, where you can walk down to and take a dip in refreshing water :-) Property is open to max of 6 guests entering and staying. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds. Pets are welcomed :-).. yard is partially fenced in and plenty roaming space. This is a great property to experience, take a step back in time to enjoy the 120 year old rustic homestead, unwind and relax and explore Dorrigo and its waterfall treasures. Guest access Guests have full privacy to house and surrounds to enjoy the serenity and stunning valley views. The second floor (large loft) is locked so not utilised by guests. There is open outside area for pets to roam. Host lives nextdoor property about 100m so not far away if you need any assistence, thankyou ☺️ Other things to note * Welcoming stunning valley views, Mon-Abri Homestead is located only a 2 minute drive (2km) out of Dorrigo township towards North Dorrigo/Bosterbrick *All beds are made freshly with clean linen, doonas and we provide towels * Provide basic kitchen essentials ie sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil , flour, salt/pepper, sauces and milk * Large gas bbq out on the back balcony overlooking stunning valley and mountain views * Suitable small group family and or friends meeting grounds, holiday getaway (max 6 guest entry onto property) * Pets are welcomed as we have partially enclosed yard area, but working on fully fenced yard by May 2026 * Winter months we supply certain amount of firewood for inside fireplace, if you need any more wood we offer boxes for $15 each, otherwise feel welcome to bring your own firewood or can purchase bags from local hardware store. * Summer months, we offer portable standing fans, no air conditioning sorry but we do get lovely cool breezes via open windows and doors, Dorrigo is alot cooler than the coastal region, up to 5 degrees cooler. * If feeling adventurous we are a 30min drive to spectacular Ebor Falls where they have just recently upgraded the walking tracks to more waterfalls. Also make sure you visit Dangar Falls and its beautiful walking track aswell as Crystal Showers out near Skywalk national park. *Standard price per night includes 2 guests, for extra guests staying is $35 per person per night, which covers extra cleaning and bed making aswell as expenses like gas hot water, electricity, essential etc.. thanku * Please note our cancellation policy is set to ‘Strict’ which means for whatever reason booking needs to be cancelled, 50% refund will be reimbursed within two weeks of arrival. We highly suggest cover yourself with travel insurance incase any emergency occurs and unable to fullfill booking. We do not offer refunds as we put alot of time and effort into preparing stays, ensuring our guests have a lovely, enjoyable and safe time.
