Ideally located behind an Airbnb on a quiet corner lot in downtown Leadville, you can easily get to everything in town. It will accommodate 1-2 people. Sorry, no pets or children. Non-smokers only. 30-60 day rental with option to extend. Hot tub use allowed when primary home is not occupied. Security deposit required. Other things to note available July 15
