The space Located in a peaceful gated community, Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated living space with a 40" Smart TV and dining area, while indulging in breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the majestic Mussoorie hills from both the master bedroom and the patio Master Bedroom 🛌 : This bedroom provides an ideal space to accommodate 2 adults and a child thanks to its beautiful queen bed, oil-filled heater, Split Air conditioner, fresh linens, and duvet. The orthopedic memory foam mattress (my favourite) is equipped to offer supportive cushioning and shield against neck and back pain. This bedroom has a private bathroom as well. Second Bedroom 🛌 : This bedroom (my favourite for afternoons) comfortably accommodates 2 adults and a child as well. It boasts a queen bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress, complemented by an oil heater and freshly laundered linens with a warm duvet & duvet cover. Enjoy the refreshing coolness of this bedroom due to the gentle breeze that flows through the small window located next to the bed. Plus, for those daytime naps, I have provided room darkening blinds that ensure no light interrupts your peaceful nap. Bathrooms 🚽: The apartment has 2 bathrooms that come fully stocked with all the essentials - fresh towels, toilet paper, hand-wash, body-wash, shampoo, moisturizer and more - plus uninterrupted hot water supply for those long and therapeutic showers. One bathroom is located in the common area, while the second is a private en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The common bathroom is furnished with a hair dryer for your morning grooming needs. Your Workation Corner 👩‍💻: An ideal work-from-home setup with an ergonomic height-adjustable office chair designed to provide optimal lumbar support for your extended working hours is located in the master bedroom. The apartment has a consistent power supply with round-the-clock power backup. The router is connected to a UPS to provide continuous internet for your zoom calls because it takes a few minutes for the backup to kick on when there is a power loss. Dry cleaning services are available at a laundromat conveniently located near the main entrance. There is an on-call person available as well to pick up and iron your garments. The apartment itself is situated directly in front of the lift on the 6th floor, ensuring that once you step out, you'll only need to cover a short 2-meter distance to reach the apartment door, making your arrival and departure as seamless as possible. Guest access Access to any of the society amenities like playgrounds, Gyms etc. are only for residents and guests are not permitted to access common area facilities. We don’t advertise any such amenity nor provide access to them. Other things to note 1. We provide a lockbox outside the apartment door where the keys are kept along with a contactless check-in option. On the day of your check-in, we will provide you a 4-digit code to unlock the lockbox. You can check-in anytime after 3 PM according to your convenience. 2. Outside the front door of the apartment, there is a 24/7 security camera recording with 2 way communication system. 3. The apartment is situated on sixth floor with convenient access via the lift. 4. There is a personal covered parking space for your car/bike. I will provide you details of the parking on the day of your arrival. 5. ☒ No unregistered guests allowed from outside apart from the people listed on the booking. 6. We do not host groups consisting solely of males or females, as per the regulations of our housing society. Solo male travelers, solo females, couples, and families are all welcome.
