Ground floor apartment in a holiday home

Recharge your energy at this unique and quiet accommodation. Short distance to the beach and Cecina city center (with train connections to Pisa, 45 minutes). Located within a private enclosed holiday home area with locked gates at both ends. The space The apartment has a separate entrance down a staircase from the garden. On the outside there is access to both seating, pavilion, outdoor fireplace and it is also no more than about 20 minutes walk to the free beach. It is also within walking distance to the city or down to Cecina Mare. If you arrive by train, you will either be picked up, or it is about a 30-minute walk. Guest access There is a pavilion in the garden with its own seating area. You are welcome to use it. The same goes for the outdoor grill. We'll be happy to fire it up for you. During your stay Just knock on the floor above, or send a message on Airbnb. Other things to note The apartment is a ground floor apartment with a private entrance from the garden and a private bathroom. We have installed a dehumidifier, refrigerator, several fans and a mobile air-conditioning system. We try to keep the humidity down to around 35% and the temperature below 25 degrees, even on the hottest days. We are happy to refill the fridge with free water as soon as it runs out. The room is about 40 sqm and probably works best as a bedroom. There is a TV, but it is only connected to an Apple box. If you have access to TV on your mobile, the content can easily be streamed over to the TV via the Apple box, provided that you connect your mobile to the Wi-Fi network in the room. There is also an associated garage, for those who may have motorcycles or bicycles they want to park there. Cars are parked outside. We also have two bikes you can borrow if you want. We are happy to change bed linen for those of you who stay here for longer periods, and you can also wash clothes on the floor above if you wish. Garbage is removed continuously, if you remember to put filled garbage bags on the outside. It's important that you let us know if there's anything you're not satisfied with during your stay, and we'll of course try to fix it if possible. PS: We have a small dog, Zelda, a Parson Russell Terrier. She is very playful and would like to greet you. If you don't want that, we'll obviously keep her indoors.
