We have 4 bedrooms. All beds (not including bunkbeds) have a mattress topper for comfort. Our house also has a washer and dryer, nice kitchen and a living room. Our neighborhood has its own water system, so water from sink is filtered and safe to drink. (Hablamos Español) The space We have a large open kitchen which can be used by guests as long as they clean up afterwards. There are two and a half bathrooms. All water is filtered, even from the taps. There is also a laundry room, guests are free to use as well. The house has good wifi and the TV has cable. The house is 2 blocks off the main road and very quiet for a Guatemalan residence. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house besides one locked room we use for personal items
