☀️The property: La Belle Angevine is a small, completely renovated house that combines the charm of the old with modern comforts. It is in a natural environment within an inhabited property. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sweetness of Anjou. You will be in a quiet location on the outskirts of Angers! We are close to the main roads: less than 10 minutes from downtown Angers and Parc Terra Botanica, 5 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and 10 minutes from the Ecouflant racecourse. The space 🛋️ Living room • 1 spacious entrance hall with hanging space • 1 bright living room with a smart TV • 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. • 1 dining table for up to 5 people 🛌🏻2 bedrooms • 1 enclosed bedroom with its own bathroom, toilet, and a 140 x 200 cm (55 x 79 in) double bed – bedroom on the ground floor with no access steps. • 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 200 cm) + 1 single bed (90 × 200 cm) + no bathroom 🍼👶🏻 Baby amenities: • 1 Pack 'n Play is available and will be set up upon request at no additional cost • 1 high chair is also available Feel free to ask us! 🧺 Lingerie • Bed linens provided for your stay • 1 bath towel per person • 1 washing machine is available in the accommodation • 1 clothes rack and clothes pegs • 1 dish towel and 1 hand towel will be provided 🚶🏻 Number of guests • The accommodation is designed to sleep 5 people, i.e., 5 guests. • No additional guests will be permitted. • Any additional guests without a bed must be authorized by the Hosts and may incur a fixed additional charge. 🌳Outdoors: Sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture for relaxing, dining, or simply recharging. 🏓 Play facilities: Enjoy time with family or friends at the ping-pong table, the basketball hoop, the soccer goals, or the pétanque court. The petanque court has nighttime lighting from June to September. 🛎️ Housekeeping: For a hassle-free, stress-free stay, we offer a housekeeping package option. Feel free to ask! You can also choose to take care of it yourself. Very quiet accommodation in the middle of nature, but still very close to the exhibition center, which is a 5-minute drive away, the Ecouflant racecourse, which is a 10-minute drive away, and all the main roads.
