Oakwood Farm Cottage With Free Onsite Fishing

Oakwood Farm is set in classic Devon countryside with incredible views of unspoilt countryside. The property has its own lake stocked with carp and a summer house overlooking the lake with spectacular views in all directions. The lake is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Oakwood Farm Cottage. The local pub is a half mile walk or away from the property. The space Oakwood Farm located on a quiet working farm set amongst 100 acres of farmland and woodland. Outside there is a large walled garden with a patio, table and chairs and one of the best views in Devon. The accommodation is exceptionally spacious and arranged on two floors. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, diner and lounge with beautiful views across the valley. There is a three piece suite, a smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a wood burning stove and the first basket wood is provided for free. A spiral staircase leads to a large bedroom with it's own ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a king size bed, chest of drawers and Wardrobe. Guest access The farm is accessed via it's own private road from the nearby village of Cadeleigh. Other things to note We only take bookings for whole weeks during the main holiday periods. A quilt and pillows are provided but guests need to bring their own bedding and towels with them. There is central heating, a wood burner and hot water which is all provided for guests.
