Asda is 5 minutes walk away and there are a number of pubs, cafes and restaurants within close proximity. The space At the flat you will enjoy: - * Gas central heating * Modern kitchen with electric cooker including oven, grill and hob; toaster; kettle; and fridge with freezer icebox * Bedroom with new double bed * Bathroom with a powerful double headed shower over a compact bath; sink and toilet * Lounge with a new comfortable 2 seater sofa that converts to a comfortable double sofa bed; additional seating and a table in the window for you to watch the world go by; smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime * WiFi * Private yard with south facing sun terrace/patio area with patio furniture. Great outdoor space for your morning tea or evening G&T! Things to note:- * The flat is situated on a terrace that is a no through road, there are 3-4 parking spaces in front of the terrace but you may have to park a few meters away to unload if these are taken * There are a number of roads surrounding the property that provide unrestricted parking, we have always managed to find a space when visiting but it may be a few minutes walk away * There is one bedroom. If more than 2 people stay, the sofa in the lounge converts to a sofa bed for the additional guests * A bath towel and hand towel will be provided per guest * The flat is on the ground floor but there are 2 steps from the street in order to gain access * The sun terrace/patio area is elevated and accessed via a set of steps * A travel cot is available on request We look forward to welcoming you!
