On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the ocean. The house is located on a pedestrian street with direct beach access, just 40 meters away. Other things to note Piles is a small town in La Safor, with all the necessary services (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, etc.) without the need to use a car during the summer months. In the winter months there is an open supermarket and for the rest of the services you have to go to Piles "village" just one kilometer away. A quiet area, ideal for enjoying a few days of rest and enjoying with the little ones.
