We renovated a warehouse built during the Meiji era, creating a private space that retains the atmosphere of the time. It is an interesting inn with ingenuity and taste that the owner himself has carefully added. The village where this inn is located, Ishino, is a quiet village with many buildings that were inhabited by the clan during the time when Ishinomiyama was prosperous. Old and magnificent buildings remain, and it has a unique atmosphere that is not a fishing town, despite being on the sea. It is a quaint town sandwiched between the mountains and the sea. There is a 300-year-old house Kodomo Kagura, which has been designated as an intangible cultural property. Located 5 minutes after getting off the Nima/Ishimi Ginzan Interchange on the San'in Expressway, For sightseeing in the area, you can go by car to Ishimi Ginzan in 15 minutes, Onsen-Tsun in 15 minutes, Kotohama in 10 minutes, Nima Sand Museum in 5 minutes, and Sanbe in 40 minutes. The space The storehouse that serves as the guest room is located behind the main house on the premises. It is not located facing the street, but rather you enter from the back. It has a hideaway-like atmosphere. There is a shared space and bedroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor. The bedroom on the first floor has a bunk bed for 3 people, and the bedroom on the second floor has 2 single beds. If more than 5 people are using it, you can put a futon in the empty space. Please note that the toilet and shower room are not in the room. Please go out of the storage room and use them in the main house (for guests only) There is also no bathtub in the shower room, so we recommend the nearby hot spring facilities. Other things to note It is a building where you can enjoy the extraordinary feeling of the past, and it may not be suitable for those who strongly value comfort and convenience. It may smell like old wood, and sometimes seasonal insects (mosquitoes, woodworms, etc.) may come out. You have to go outside the warehouse to get to the shower room and toilet, but when it rains, you will get wet. Umbrellas are available for rent. The stairs leading to the second floor are a little steep because they are old. Also, please be careful with small children as there is nothing to separate the rooms from the stairs.
