Yelverton and Crapstone are in Dartmoor National Park with a short walk to pubs, cafes and shops walking past roaming ponies and sheep and in Spring, their foals and lambs. Public transport is good for local areas. NT Buckland Abbey - 1 mile (former home to Sir Francis Drake) with The Garden House, RHS Partner, a short walk away Drake's bicycle trail is a popular cycle route to both Plymouth and Tavistock. Homemade cream tea and breakfast can be made available on request at a small cost The space The property has its own private parking area for 3+ cars with double bedroom & bathroom in a spacious 5 bedroom house. The bedroom is light and airy and includes a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and hanging space. There is a large adjoining bathroom with a double shower and full size bath which is for the guests' sole use. Towels and bathrobes included. Tea and coffee making facility is included with a small fridge. The gravelled drive has a natural Devon hedge and shrubs. The main garden has a large patio with garden furniture and pond. Guest access The property has shared main access: stairs to the upper landing lead to the double room, a private bathroom and area with tea/coffee making facilities. A cream tea on arrival can be requested at an extra cost. Breakfast is not standard but a continental breakfast can be requested with extra cost.
