This WFH friendly property is Featuring essential appliances, fully stocked with all the basic amenities making it perfect for extended vacation stay!!. The space Alcohol not allowed. Unmarried couples not allowed. Gates closed after 11pm. 2 AC bedrooms with attached bathrooms are spread across the unit. A spacious living room and separate dining area laid out in a open floor plan welcomes you as soon as you walk in. A dedicated kitchen with attached utility area for your laundry is provided. The property is quite close to a Urban Forest (Nandana Vanam) which is quite an experience for an evening and morning walk. Guest access The best way to get around is by car and/or bike and of course you have access to Uber. You will have a dedicated space to park inside the building. Note: Clean the kitchen and wash your dishes after use. Manage your Rubbish and empty the trash before departure. Your rubbish is your responsibility. We donot cover for cleaning your dishes, scavenge your empty bottles, organic wastes of any sort. The house keeping staff can provide hygiene trash bags upon request. Donot give reasons saying we are paying for cleaning fee and leave the trash at your will. The Cleaning fee is to cover several important purposes: 1. Maintaining Freshness and Hygiene: The cleaning fee ensures that the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. This includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Fresh linens (bedsheets, towels, etc.) are provided for each guest, contributing to a comfortable and hygienic stay. 2. Prepping the Property for the Next Guest: After a guest checks out, hosts invest time and effort in preparing the space for the next arrival. This preparation involves restocking essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.), checking appliances, and ensuring everything is in working order. Housekeeping professionals or hosts themselves handle these tasks, ensuring that the property is welcoming and ready for the next guest. 3. Professional Cleaning Services: Many hosts hire professional cleaning services to maintain high standards of cleanliness. These services go beyond regular cleaning and often include deep cleaning (e.g., upholstery, carpets) to keep the property in top condition. 4. Time and Effort: Hosts invest their time and effort in maintaining the property. Cleaning takes time, especially for larger accommodations. By charging a cleaning fee, hosts compensate for their labor and dedication to providing a pleasant experience. 5. Cost Allocation: The fee covers the cost of cleaning supplies (detergents, cleaning agents, etc.) used during the turnover process. It also helps offset wear and tear on linens, towels, and other amenities. We prioritize cleanliness and the guest comfort, and the fee ensures that the property remains inviting and well-maintained for every guest. Failure to comply will result in a Rs.1000 clean-up fee. Other things to note Careful thought has been given to ensure all your required necessities are met while staying away from your home. For longer stays, please be ready to purchase supplies for your day to day needs as we only provide limited quantities. The market place is just a few minutes drive for your shopping needs. There is no daily housekeeping but your unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your stay. The kitchen in the unit is equipped with all the required brand new utensils perfect for cooking on a gas stove and appliances such as microwave, rice cooker etc. A beverage station is included with sugar, tea, coffee (ground and instant) as well as coffee maker and kettle. For your security, the building is monitored 24x7 on all floors. We provide 2 liters of bottled water. The kitchen in the unit is equipped with all the required utensils perfect for cooking on a gas stove and appliances such as microwave, rice cooker etc. For your laundry needs, a BRAND NEW washing machine is installed in the utility area, perfect for cleaning your clothes during your stay. Please ensure you bring in the laundry detergent which is especially important if you are planning on longer stays. Also please note that the linen including bedding set and towels provided in the unit should not be washed in the washing machine and is used only for your personal clothing. If you need to wash the bedding set and towels please ask watchman for further assistance. An hairdryer and iron with the stand is available and shall be provided upon request for your convenience. We provide an extra set of bedsheet and 2 pillow covers in each bedroom just in case you need to change. Basic toiletries - soap, shampoo, moisturizer, shaving kit, toothbrush with paste is provided in hygienic sealed pouch in each bathroom. For your security, the building is equipped with security cameras on each floor and is monitored 24x7. The entrance to the building remains closed after 23:00 hours by the on site watchman and van be reached over intercom & mobile. Note: Clean the kitchen and wash your dishes after use.
