Newly renovated with fresh flooring, appliances, and furniture, this open-plan studio offers a luxurious large spa bath and double walk-in shower. Sleep comfortably on a super king bed that can be split into two king singles, plus a double sofa bed for extra guests, ideal for a child. High-quality, hotel-standard linen will be provided based on guest numbers and sleeping arrangements. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and cooling from a large split system, a ceiling fan, plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy mountain views and BBQ facilities in a spacious open area. Our mini fruit orchard offers fresh, seasonal fruit. The riverside is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for floating or fishing in the Upper Yarra River. The rail trail starts a short bike ride away. Indoors, challenge yourself on the full-sized pool table, relax with a smart flat-screen TV featuring all your favourite streaming apps and free-to-air digital TV, or enjoy our selection of books and board games. Your relaxation begins with a seamless check-in process using a key safe and personalised communication via email and text messages prior to your visit. We offer a generous checkout time of 12: 00 pm and do not charge a cleaning fee. During your stay, enjoy exclusive access to The River Trail Studio and its double carport. Beds will be meticulously prepared based on the number of guests and sleeping preferences. You can choose a super king bed or two king singles plus a double sofa bed, which is ideal for a child. We welcome dogs with prior notice, although please note that our property shares a large enclosed block with the main building. While we take great care to ensure security, the fencing may not be adequate for small dogs. A cleaning fee may apply for pet-related messes, and we kindly ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Our property is home to a friendly dog, a cat, and chickens. Shampoo and conditioner along with bath salts and aromatherapy bath blend are provided. Parking is a breeze with space for 4 cars, including two covered spots. Inside, you'll find essential amenities like a microwave, bar fridge, ice cube maker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and robotic vacuum cleaner for your convenience. We also provide a starter amount of tea and coffee, ensuring you can enjoy a warm beverage upon arrival. These can be replenished upon request.
