Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments. The space Your apartment is equipped with a new kitchen including electrical appliances, dining table and seating possibilities, large double bed, Smart TV and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. There are more seating possibilities on the terrace, which is located in the outdoor area and partially covered. Your dog is also very welcome in the apartment. In the Millstättersee region you can use the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC). You will get this from us on request and it is included in the price. The MIC offers free or reduced entry to the beach resorts (Standbad), to the Drautalperle, as well as no tolls on various mountain roads in the area and many other services. There is WiFi and a LAN connection in the apartment which makes it suitable for mobile work (workation). Guest access Parking is possible directly in front of the house and is free of charge. The apartment has a terrace and has access to the garden. Other things to note The final cleaning costs are EUR 50,00 and if you arrive with a dog, a one-time surcharge of EUR 15,00 and a deposit of EUR 300.00 will be charged. The deposit must be paid in cash on site and it will of course be returned at the end of the trip if there is no damage. We in the municipality of Millstatt are obliged to pay a local and overnight tax for our guests to the community (we have to claim this from the guests and give it directly to the municipal office). This are EUR 2,70 per person per night.
