Wonderful House with Pool in Siderópolis/SC

We are located 30 km from Serra do Rio do Rastro and 30 km from Balneário Rincão. The house has 1 kitchen (barbecue, refrigerator, table stove and utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave. The living room is combined (sofa, TV and table for 8 people), 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed with massage + 2 single beds, hot/cold air conditioning, TV with Netflix), 1 bathroom + laundry area. A delightful swimming pool in a large courtyard, surrounded by a high wall, leaving our guests with all the privacy. The space Our guests love the pool and kitchen area where we have the barbecue, the place is beautiful to enjoy days of rest with both family and friends. Guest access All spaces are for the exclusive use of guests, our space is not shared. Cozy atmosphere with barbecue for a good conversation. We have an entrance to store the car inside the courtyard, which is walled and completely safe. Other things to note Our house is in a family neighborhood, so we don't allow very loud noise. We want guests to take care of our home as if it were their own, and to treat neighbors as if they were their family too.
