Wonderful House with Pool in Siderópolis/SC

We are located 30Km from the Serra do Rio do Rastro and 30Km from Balneário Rincão. The house has 1 kitchen (barbecue, refrigerator, table stove and utensils, pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave. The living room is interconnected (sofa, tv and table for 8 people), 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed with massage + 2 single beds, hot/cold air conditioning, tv with Netflix) , 1 bathroom + service area. A delicious swimming pool on a large patio, surrounded by high wall, leaving our guests in all privacy. The space Our guests love the part of the pool and kitchen where we have the barbecue, the place is beautiful to enjoy rest days with both family and friends. Guest access All spaces are for the exclusive use of guests, our space is not shared. Cozy space with barbecue pit for a good conversation wheel. We have entrance to guard the car, inside the courtyard, which is walled and totally safe. Other things to note Our house is in a family neighborhood, so we don't allow too loud a sound. We want guests who take care of our home like it's their own, and treat neighbors like they're your family, too.
