The space The open-concept first floor contains the dining room, kitchen, both bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a living area. The finished basement contains a bedroom and living room with fireplace and TV. Guest access This will be your home away from home while you're enjoying Louisville and the Derby festivities! You will have access to every room.
