Enjoy our brand new, roomy, modern apartment close to the center of Budapest, with excellent transport connections. Don't worry if you arrive early or want to stay for a long time. A unique option is early check-in on the day of arrival and late check-out on the day of departure. The apartment is quiet and large (44 sqm + 12 sqm balcony); separate bathroom, toilet, bedroom, living room and well-equipped kitchen await our guests. An ideal place to relax, work or explore the city's attractions. The space The apartment is a newly built, certificated (***) apartment with new equipment, the cleanliness of which we pay special attention to. In the bedroom, our guests can rest on a 140x200cm bed with a brand new mattress, and their personal belongings are stored in cupboards and on coat hangers. There is also a small table with a chair and a large mirror in the room. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, it has also a living room furniture, a small table and a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, plates and all kinds of kitchen utensils. We have also provided a four-person table for our guests, where they can enjoy the prepared food comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, washing machine and bathroom furniture. We provide small and large towels and toiletries. The apartment is equipped with a separate toilet. The apartment also has a private 13 square meter balcony, where there is an outdoor table with four chairs. Here you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine, and smoking is also allowed on the balcony. Now, early check-in and late check-out are provided, so don't worry about your flight or train schedule. Guest access Unlimited Wi-Fi and TV usage (more than 100 channels). All equipment of the flat can be used without restrictions. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a designated smoking area on the private balcony. In the case of a reservation longer than one week, we can provide cleaning once a week and change of bed linen.
