Don't worry if you arrive early or want to stay till the afternoon, we proudly offer a flexible early check-in and late check-out option. The flat is quiet and large (44 sqm + 12 sqm balcony) with a separate bedroom, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. It is the perfect place to relax, work, or explore the city! The space Welcome to our newly built, officially certified (***) apartment. It features brand new equipment, and we pay special attention to cleanliness to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Here is what you will find in the apartment: - The Bedroom: A comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) with a brand new mattress. There is plenty of space for your belongings in the wardrobes and on the coat hangers, as well as a small table with a chair and a large mirror. - The Living Room: A cosy sofa that can be converted into a double bed, living room furniture, a coffee table, and a TV. - The Kitchen: Fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is a dining table with four chairs where you can comfortably enjoy your meals. - The Bathroom and Toilet: A bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a washing machine, and storage cabinets. We provide fresh small and large towels, as well as complimentary toiletries. The apartment also features a convenient separate toilet. - The Private Balcony: A spacious 13-square-metre balcony with an outdoor table and four chairs. It is the perfect spot to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Please note that smoking is permitted only outside on this balcony. We are also happy to offer flexible early check-in and late check-out options, so you do not need to worry about your flight or train schedules! Guest access Unlimited Wi-Fi and TV usage (more than 100 channels). All equipment of the flat can be used without restrictions. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a designated smoking area on the private balcony. In the case of a reservation longer than one week, we can provide cleaning once a week and change of bed linen.
