Escape to this enchanted cabin that sits on 2.5 acres located minutes to Edwards Crossing on the Yuba River and downtown Nevada City. Surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of nature, our cozy retreat offers a tranquil getaway like no other. This land holds the space for those wanting a peaceful and quiet space to unwind and relax. Perfect for a group of four! * Newest addition: 4 person hot tub The space The main house: Climb the ladder into the cozy loft bedroom with a full sized bed or chill in nature on the back deck.The living room has plenty of natural light and a charming gas fireplace. Dive into our collection of books and games, encouraging you to fully embrace the moment and connect with nature. The yurt: Steps from the main house, you will have a secluded yurt with a queen sized bed, and a couch for lounging. Near the yurt, you will have access to the 1/2 standalone bathroom nested in the forest. The whole property is yours to explore & enjoy! Go for a walk in our land and fall in love with the variety of mushrooms you will encounter on the way! There is also a seasonal creek that runs directly through the property. The place is truly charming and unique. Come fall in love! Please note: This cabin is not suitable for young children, as the main sleeping areas are loft-style beds accessible only by ladder. Other things to note We have a reverse osmosis filter for the well and fiber internet. The house is fully equipped with pots, pans and spices! Please note that cellphone service can be spotty at times but WiFi calling and access works great. We have a Tesla destination charger for your use if needed. We do charge a fee of $20 per day if used. Please let us know prior to arrival if required.
