☀️Create new memories in this unique and simple accommodation that is our home. Easy to find near the E6. Close to Borstahusen and Ålabodarna for golf, swimming, and cycling/hiking. There are 6 golf courses within 5–20 minutes, some of which are world-class. Large space for cars or a house-car in the yard. Large lawn and terrace. There is one double bed and one 80-cm bed, plus a long sofa that can be used for sleeping. If additional beds are needed, a double-size air mattress is available. The best thing about our place is the nearby surroundings! The space ☀️Check out is at 11am. Check-in we try to adapt to you but after 3pm. ☀️There is a shelf in the pantry for our guests to use if you want. There is coffee there, so please use it, but the guest needs to buy new if it runs out. ☀️Each guest receives one large towel per stay. The towels hanging on the hook are for the face and hands. ☀️The black plastic shelf next to the shower stall is for our guests to use, as well as what's in the shower stall, such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other things like in the bathroom are private things. ☀️If needed, do not pour any detergent into the machine; it doses itself. The program you choose for washing is called Mix. The dishwasher program is 45°. Then press the start button. A person over 2 years old is considered a child, and an extra charge applies. There is no extra charge for children up to 2 years old. We take off our shoes in the hallway. We hope you have a wonderful stay! Guest access ☀️You can use the entire floor that belongs to the ground floor and upstairs. The upper floor has an inflatable bed, and the room can get hot if it's hot outside. There is no fan there. The best view is from this floor! ☀️The outdoor furniture has mattresses in a drawer box and these mattresses need to be put back there overnight. ☀️The basement is available for ironing clothes and is otherwise just for storage and utility and nothing of interest to our guests. ☀️The garage and what is there is not available for our guests, but you can park a car in the carport or in the yard. ☀️Bring your own bike if you want to use it, as we do not have our own functioning bikes. ☀️We appreciate it when our guests do not have parties and invite people who are not renting from us without first talking to us. This is for insurance reasons but also because we appreciate knowing if anyone other than those who are renting is there, rather than hearing from the neighbors later. ☀️If anything breaks or is lost it will be replaced by guests who rent from us. ☀️Leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. The cleaning fee includes washing towels and sheets, as well as dusting and major floor cleaning. ☀️ Leave the used towel in the bathroom and leave the bed linens on when you leave. ☀️One large towel per guest is included. Bring your own bath towel for swimming and beach visits. ☀️Guests wipe the tables and the refrigerator, sweep or vacuum the floor, take out the trash, wash their dishes, and put the dishes in the dishwasher.☀️ Cleaning supplies are behind the counter in the hallway. There is a vacuum cleaner and floor mop. A hand-held vacuum cleaner is located upstairs. Other things to note We recommend restaurants such as Erikstorp at the campground and golf course, and Pumphuset, which is located inside Borstahusens harbor 4 km away. If you like golf, the finest courses are close by. Inside the central Landskrona there are many restaurants to choose from. In central Landskrona, there is an art gallery and a cold poolhouse. Worth a visit! In Borstahusen, 3 minutes by car, there is also a small Coop grocery store. Ålabodarna and Sundvik are gems for swimming, and in Plåtbitarna you will find a harbor inn. Stunning views. Visit Råå 15 km away. A nice little fishing village with a lovely beach to walk on, and Råå also has a cold-water swimming area and good restaurants. There is also a large grocery store and shop for alcoholic beverages. Take the boat over to Ven from Landskrona. A day trip that is also nice to do in autumn and winter. There you can rent bikes and cycle around the island.
