☀️Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation that is our home. Easy to find near the E6. Close to Borstahusen and Ålabodarna for sun, swimming and cycling/hiking. Cold baths are available in Landskrona and Råå, 10 km away. It is easy to get to excursion destinations by car. Large space for cars or a trailer in the yard. Large lawn and terrace. 2 double beds and an 80 cm bed plus a long sofa that can be slept on. If other beds are needed, there is a possibility to arrange an air mattress. Welcome! The space ☀️Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We try to adapt check-in to you, but after 3 pm. ☀️Coffee and tea that are available can be used, but the guest needs to buy new ones when they run out. The same applies to toilet paper. ☀️ ☀️Towels are available on a shelf in the bathroom and those that are there can be used during the stay. ☀️In the black plastic shelf next to the shower cabin is a shelf for our guests to use as well as what is in the shower cabin such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other things in the bathroom are private. Guest access ☀️It is possible to use the entire apartment, which includes the entrance floor and the upper floor. ☀️The outdoor furniture has mattresses in a drawer box and these mattresses need to be put back there overnight. ☀️The basement is only available for washing and ironing clothes. ☀️The garage and what is there is not available to our guests, but you can park your car in the carport or in the yard. ☀️Bring your own bike if you want to use it. ☀️We prefer that our guests do not have parties and invite people who do not rent from us without first talking to us beforehand. ☀️If something breaks or is lost, it is replaced by guests who rent from us. ☀️Leave the house in good condition. The cleaning fee includes washing towels and sheets as well as drying floors and cleaning bathrooms. Leave used towels in the bathroom and leave the bedding on when you leave. One large towel per guest is included. Bring your own bath towel for the beach. ☀️Guests wipe the tables and refrigerator, sweep or vacuum the floor, take out garbage and wash dishes after themselves. Other things to note Recommends restaurants such as Erikstorp at the campsite and Pumphuset, which is located inside Borstahusen harbor 4 km away. Inside central Landskrona, there are many restaurants to choose from. In Borstahusen, 3 minutes by car, there is also a small grocery store-Coop. A larger grocery store is located at the station in Landskrona. Visit Råå, 15 km away. Nice little fishing village. Nice beach to hike on and they also have a cold bathhouse. There is also a large grocery store and shop for alcoholic beverages. Take the boat over to Ven. A day trip that is also nice to do in autumn and winter.
