Recently purchased the house and new to Airbnb, looking to provide a great value accommodation option in a home in a great location A private bedroom with a private full bathroom on your own floor on the lower floor of a four bedroom house in Doylestown Borough You also have your own large chill out area with TV and Bar along with a music system Free plentiful street parking available. You can also walk to Doylestown in about 20 mins, or Uber for under $10 Extra charge for hot tub. The space You'll have complete privacy on the lower floor of the house. Your own private bedroom with a full bathroom off the bedroom. Your own chill out area. Shared house entrance There is a sleep number bed so you can adjust to your personal preference. If you select to use the hot tub you and your group will have exclusive use. The entrance to the hottub is via the patio doors in the kitchen Guest access You can use the whole lower floor, and the first floor kitchen which is shared with the homeowner. No access to upstairs Guests can use hot tub but there is a $50 per stay fee to cover running costs and cleaning.
