The space Our clean and cozy cottage has two bedrooms upstairs—a master with lake views, balcony, king bed, A/C, TV, and en suite bathroom, and a guest room with 1 queen bed + 2 twin beds & washer/dryer. The ground floor includes an open living/dining/kitchen area with wood-burning fireplace, full bath, and another bedroom with a new queen bed and TV. The walkout basement has two full futons and lounge space. Two pack ‘n plays, a high chair, booster seat and extra twin floor mattress/bedding available to accommodate families. Rainy days are no problem with a cozy screened porch, board games, toys, and books. The East shore of Long Lake boasts the best sunset views and glimpses of Mt. Washington. Enjoy the relaxing deck, grill, and fire pit, swim off the dock, or head out on the water. The house has a kayak, paddle board, fishing gear, and life jackets. Watch for loons and the resident bald eagles. Kids will definitely want to flag down the ice cream boat—the lake version of the ice cream truck! The house is .5 miles from a bait shop, an antiques store, bagel cafe, tavern, small grocery store, and Walgreens. It’s less than 1 mile from the bustling Naples Causeway, with restaurants, shops, ice cream, sea plane and boat tours, watercraft rentals, playgrounds, mini golf and the Naples town beach. Sebago Lake State Park is 10 minutes away, and there are plenty of hiking options within 20-30 minutes. In winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating and snowshoeing on the lake, or ski day or night at Pleasant Mountain, a 20 minute drive. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house + deck, driveway for 2 cars (3 if you squeeze) and lakefront yard/dock. You can tie up a rental boat easily at the dock and the house also has a dedicated offshore mooring.
