This spacious Villa is fully furnished and features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area that easily accommodates a large family. This private patio is just steps from beautiful Sandy Beach which is located on the Sea of Cortez. There’s a smart TV and internet for your entertainment. The large Master Suite has a king bed and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. The 3rd bedroom has king bed. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds and single bed and adjacent to the 3rd &4th a full bath. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Other things to note Since the villa is inside Las Palmas Resort when check-in there will be extra fees to be covered. -Resort Impact Fee: $40 per day -Taxes: 12% -Security Deposit (100% Refundable at check-out) *General Rules* • The person whose name is on the reservation must be a minimum of 23 years of age. • The person whose name is on the reservation must be present to receive the key unless prior written arrangements have been made. Person who’s name appears on the reservation must have a valid photo ID. • No pets of any kind are permitted. Smoking in the units is not permitted. Offenders are subject to loss of security deposit. • No fireworks are permitted on the property. • ATVs are not allowed on Sandy Beach. You may bring your ATVs and trailers, but it is at the discretion of management as to where a trailer may be parked based on occupancy of the resort. Only Las Palmas guests are permitted on the property. • Loud music and or rowdiness is not allowed on the property. Room occupancy limits are enforced and management reserves the right to distribute and require rental guests to wear wristbands indicating they are a paid guest.
