External Area: Under construction (we do not work with guests) Parking: Free on-site. Location: Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The famous Beto Carrero World is just a 5-minute drive away, and the beautiful beaches of Penha are also nearby House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. The space Room for up to 4 people. There are 2 adjoining rooms, when rented for 2 people, only one room will be released and when rented for 3 or 4 people, both rooms will be released. *Excellent location for people who want to enjoy the beach and get to know the region. *External area under construction, we have no external attractions. Other things to note We are not a hotel or inn, we are classified as Lodging. We rent rooms for up to 4 people. *Access to the room is private, you do not need to go through another room. *Car is in front of the entrance door to the room, safe and practical. * The safest location in Penha and close to beaches and restaurants.
