This 1/bd 1/ba Studio w/ private porch, almost invisible as it's built into the hill, offers a peaceful and serene escape. Spend your days fishing in the pond, enjoying a cozy fire in the fire pit, listening to the chorus of frogs, or exploring the vast 7.5 acres. All this tranquility is just a 7-minute drive from Trilith, Tyrone, PTC, Piedmont Hospital, Senoia, and Fayetteville. The space Parking on site for up to 2 vehicles underneath the carport and in the gravel parking area. There is a fire pit that all guest have access to. It is shared. The pond/lake is also available to fish. It is stocked with bass and catfish amongst other types. Catch and release. The Studio unit is attached to the main house, but has a full seperate entrance, laundry, bathroom and kitchen. The common space is shared with another unit on the property. Guest access You have access to all areas across the property. All green spaces, water, decks, firepits is available for use. The common space is shared with another unit in the property. Other things to note The studio is located attached to the main house. You'll walk across the deck and back to Studio on the far side. Enter through the screen door.
