Barra Velha is a place to feel good, with your feet in the sand and the exuberant sea of Maragogi. We are one of the oldest and most charming inns in the region. Here, the day begins with the sound of the sea and follows the rhythm of good things: live music, bingo, outdoor cinema, children's recreation, massage, and a raft ride. Children play freely, adults rest, and everyone has a good time. We value sustainable practices. Our restaurant offers regional flavors, made to bring people together and welcome them. The space Pousada Barra Velha is located on Peroba Beach, one of the ten beaches of Maragogi, and offers a true beachfront experience for those seeking comfort, tranquility and genuine contact with nature. The calm and warm sea invites you to swim at any time of the day. Common areas include swimming pools for adults and children, a large pavilion and a grassy field, all surrounded by lots of greenery. Caring for people is part of our essence. The inn is accessible, with ramps at all entrances, an elevator in the pool, a raft equipped with a ramp and an amphibious chair, allowing people with reduced mobility to also enjoy the experience of bathing in the sea safely and comfortably. Located in the Coral Coast Environmental Protection Area (APA), we take care of this place that welcomes us on a daily basis. We use solar energy, separate and dispose of waste correctly, compost organic waste, replace plastic bottles with glass, preserve the sandbank and maintain trash cans distributed along more than a kilometer of beach. Sustainability, for us, is a daily practice and commitment to the future. Breakfast is included in the daily rates, as well as the daily cleaning of the rooms, according to the guest's preference. The inn's schedule is free and designed to bring people together, enchant them and create good memories, with activities such as luau, bingo, outdoor cinema and children's recreation. Some optional services, such as massages, raft rides (according to the tide), and kayak or stand-up paddle rentals, are charged separately. At the reception, our team is always ready to help with scheduling buggy tours, catamaran trips, or visits to the manatee sanctuary, as well as sharing information and tips about Maragogi and the region.
