This exquisite 5200 sq ft home is nestled on 5 acres of woods and nature. It has been meticulously renovated with a blend of modern updates and timeless classics. Between the pool, grill, herb garden, walking trail, music room, projector screen, pool table, game consoles, karaoke machine, none can be bored here. The lake is 5 minutes away for boating and jet-skis and Bear Trace Golf course is also nearby. Enjoy being 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with the peace and quiet of the woods. The space 5 Acre Property with private hiking trails and a pool. This house hosts 4 bedrooms with 8 beds accommodating up to 12 people very comfortably. Pool will close at October and reopen in April. Has outdoor security system that records video and audio. Guest access The entire home, walking trails, pool area and yard. Pool closes in October and reopens in April. Has key lock box with code that allows self check in. Other things to note Our minimum booking is 3 nights. Host will water flowers as needed at 6am. host will also tend to lawn as needed after 4pm. Has ring and blink security systems that record audio and video only 4 cameras at 4 exit doors for security purposes only of our guest and our home when it is vacant. Our home is very spacious and spread out with large rooms for for plenty of room for everyone. We have 4 entry and exit doors and a large backyard. We have a very large living area with a massage chair, L shaped leather sectional with 3 built in recliners with a 85 inch smart tv with streaming services, gas logs for the cooler months, 3 ceiling fans, desk with computer and printer and a Treadmill and weights. The game room has musical instruments,( electric piano, different array of electric, acoustic and bass guitars,) Karaoke system, popcorn machine, bar, game table with board games, pool table and an 8 foot projector to watch all your favorite sports on. The dining room has great seating space up to 15 people easily and a baby grand piano which offers a great dining experience. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you may need for a wonderful meal. From toasters, blenders, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, waffle maker, griddle, all kinds of plates, bowls, cooking utensils, knife set, deep fryer, indoor grill, panni maker, hand mixer, coffee/tea bar with Keurig K cup coffee maker and assorted coffee and hot teas. The laundry room has a Maytag front end loader washer and dryer with a hanging area with hangers. There is an iron and ironing board also. I will also provide your laundry detergent There are 4 bedrooms in total the Master bedroom has a king bed with 75 inch smart tv, a large connected bathroom with double vanity sink a stand up shower and a large bathtub with jets. There is a x-large bedroom that has 2 queen beds and a set bunk beds with a 55 inch smart tv. The next bedroom has a queen bed and a 43 inch smart tv. (downstairs) beside a bathroom with shower near the kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs on each end of the house. The first one has a queen bed with a 58 inch smart tv and it has a connected room with a PS-5 game system with two gaming chairs & 55 inch smart TV The last room has a queen bed with a 55 inch smart TV bathroom with double vanity and shower a connected room that has a private office space with a computer, and printer. Pool area is so relaxing with lots of space and beautiful flowers, the pool is 20x40 and has 4 lounge chairs with cushions and ( I have 3 others available if needed) three tables for seating for 16 people. ( I have a kids table if I need to pull it out for you for the little ones) I will have all pool towels available, variety of floats, sunscreen, snow cone machine with variety of flavors, Ice cream maker for homemade ice cream. The pool has lights inside the pool and outside for night time ambiance and enjoyment. we provide a blue tooth speaker for all your outside music. You can enjoy breakfast by the pool with our Blackstone griddle or you step out onto the deck where you'll find a smoker grill. We also have a Park-style charcoal grill at the base of our deck. There are several outdoor games Croquet set, Ladder Toss set, Cornhole, Football, 2 Bikes for trail riding and a walking trail behind our house for some beautiful nature and exercise. There is a baby bed , high chair, rocking chair and toys and books for the little ones if needed. We're right in the heart of Ooltewah within 20 minutes of so many wonderful attractions : Downtown Chattanooga and all its attractions Tennessee Aquarium, Creative Discovery museum, Hunter museum, Chattanooga Zoo Chattanooga Market ( on weekends) Southside- quaint area, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife, small biz. Ruby falls, Rock City Gardens, Southern Belle Riverboat ( dinner and ride down TN river) Bear Trace Golf - bring your clubs and enjoy a beautiful course. ( 15 min) Harrison Bay state park and boat dock ( bring your boats or jet skis with you we have plenty of space to park them) Collegedale Park ( 7 minutes away) Markets on weekend, play area for the kids, swings, slides, zip line, educational areas, musical area, picnic tables, tennis or pickle ball courts ( we have pickleball paddles and balls in our game closet) Cambridge Square ( My Fav) ( 5 minutes away) Quaint , family oriented new heart of Ooltewah with great restaurants, beauty bar, yoga studio, great boutiques for shopping , tasty donuts, Tasty scoops & sweets ice cream and candies, great bands and live entertainment on the weekends and a great place for kids to run and have fun to.
