The space Location, Location, Location! Centrally located in the middle of the mighty 5 national parks, this cabin sits at 7,000 feet with 270 degree views of the transition from mountain to desert. If you like to explore less populated and commercialized national parks, this is the place! From hiking into deep canyons, scaling sandstone ridge lines, or fishing in the 80 lakes and streams on boulder mountain for trout...its an outdoor lovers paradise! Do you like the natural inviting properties of wood? Furnishings and materials that blend in with the environment? Special attention was focused on using natural real organic materials to bring the outside in. No storage container homes here! There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and 1 with a king bed. The home has 3 bathrooms. 1 on the bottom level, 2 on the second level. The 3rd has a walk in shower and is a private bathroom for the master bedroom. The main floor has a washer and dryer with sink, kitchen, dining area, and small family room with wood burning stove, tv, and furniture. The second level has a large great room with hammock chairs and stellar views! You could place 8 or so yoga mats here. There is a glass door to the deck with the most amazing view you will ever see! It also has a ladder to the loft with a smart tv. Kids could sleep here but would have to provide their own bedding. (Please no food or drink except for water up here). This level is also where the master bedroom is with its private glass door to the deck. Outside is the plateau! This is where the sauna is, marble bathtub, wood burning hot tub, outdoor shower, (This is seasonal) massive fire pit, star gazing deck, and the VIEWS!! Hike to the point and enjoy the sleeping rainbow in the distance on thousand lake mountain. The views go from fish lake national forest, thousand lake mountain, capitol reef, the henry mountains, and boulder mountain. Don't miss sunrise! I suggest bringing your own blankets and such if you want to lie down on the wood deck near the fire pit for star gazing. I do have 4 pads available. The road down lower is dirt and gravel heading up but high clearance cars can make it. If it happens to snow you will need 4 wheel drive to reach the cabin. Great for groups that want to be together but have their own place. Perfect for off road enthusiasts. There are hundreds and hundreds of public roads to explore, with BLM and forest lands on 3 sides. You drive up a mile on a winding dirt road to reach the plateau on the foothills of boulder mountain. Feel free to use it all! Other things to note I'm a professional nature photographer and enjoy how the great outdoors fills ones soul. I love VIEWS! I like everything that is natural and pristine, hence why I acquired this wonderful property. It was hard to build here because I didn't want to disturb anything. When you book you will see the house manual to help you appreciate and use the space meaningfully.
