Our secondary house is bright, spacious and quiet, with a large garden and adjoining meadow. It contains items that are valuable to us and reflects our daily lives, in the spirit of Airbnb's beginnings. We ask that you respect it accordingly. Between Paris and Lyon, A6 exit 10 min Located between the Auxois and the Morvan, 3/4 hour from Beaune or Dijon, it allows you to radiate in the heart of Burgundy to enjoy beautiful landscapes or admire good wines! The space Ground floor: entrance serving kitchen, small office overlooking bedroom with double bed, shower room with toilet, large living room of 40 m2 (with piano for pianists exclusively). Upstairs: bathroom, separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. Garden with 9 x 4 m swimming pool surrounded by a terrace (not paved for the moment, in raw concrete), terrace with large table on the sunset side for the summer, terrace with small table on the kitchen side. Trampoline, games, orchard, meadow, not overlooked. House full of charm, daily sunsets, but imperfect: it still lacks some finishes, it is a family house that keeps traces of it! REMINDER: The pool is equipped with a safety bar cover. It must be systematically put back in place as soon as the pool is not in use, day or night. ⚠️ Children must ALWAYS be supervised by a responsible adult.
