With a Queen size bed, courtyard entrance and private garden, our apartment is comfy and convenient, with indoor/ outdoor dining options (large folding tables). It is located in the city center, within the ancient ramparts, near the roman Arenas and is surrounded by pedestrian streets where you can find trendy cafes, restaurants as well as many local shops. It is at a convenient 10 min walk to everything: train station, LUMA, the revamped Monoprix supermarket and all must see places... The space A very Special place in the heart of Arles as we have a little garden with a lot of privacy (not overlooked) and a little cooling pool to seat in fresh water during Summer. The apartment is a good size for 2 people and has a large glass door toward the garden which gives a great view from any corner of its rooms. We are on the ground floor after passing through a little courtyard, which means more safety, no stairs and no people/cars around. Guest access We are 10 min walk from the train station and there is a car park located at the bottom of our street; which is available most of the time, except on Wednesday mornings because of the local market. Other car park options are available opposite to it and nearby, in addition to many other spots throughout the town. Our street is within the Ancient remparts so car access is limited by a pass; the easiest is to park down our street and walk to our apartment (2min) Other things to note We usually fill up our cooling mini-pool (bassin de rafraichissement) in July/ August because it is not heated and it is very useful during hot summer days, but we can fill it up earlier on demand if good conditions ; please contact us in advance to discuss about it. Please note that we wanted this cooling mini-pool (bassin de rafraichissement) with raw stone feel, just like the ancient Provence’s washing places, so it's quite rough and for sitting only. **We are here to make your stay smooth and easy** We are locals and we know Arles very well, but we also have been travelling and living abroad which means we understand the needs of foreign visitors when they arrive in a new place in term of communication and local tips: we have a very comprehensive Guests Booklet in our apartment in both English and French. We are very easy to reach through the Airbnb platform, email and phone; which ever medium is better for you.
