The space This listing is for the use of one double bedroom with a superking zip and link bed which can be split into two singles(ahead of arrival) ... A quirky stone built detached converted barn with cute little doors and varying floor levels. A warm and cosy home. Guest access Please note the condition of the access track which can seem daunting on first use when you are used to tarmacadam roads. It is a rubble built farm track which can be very muddy during wet weather. It is not suitable for roadster type vehicles or those with low skirts. Contact the host before booking if you have any concerns. The cottage has five outdoor spaces to enjoy including a small private woodland. There are beautiful views all around. Bring your wellies or sturdy boots for autumn and winter visits as the grounds may be muddy. Bring all things doggy if bringing dogs. Other things to note This listing is for a maximum of two persons plus 1 infant using one double bedroom however the superking double can be split into two single beds. Prior notice is required to divide the bed. Please see my other listing for three or more persons or for two persons requiring separate bedrooms,where the nightly prices are higher. Keep an eye on the seasonal discounts. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Up to three dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and under constant adult supervision due to the proximity of farm animals (cattle are frightened of dogs and can bolt and leap gates and fences). Note that the living-room is carpeted and towels are for adults not pets. No caged animals are allowed to stay in the cottage. Consider that there are steps to negotiate within the property and in the grounds.
