It includes an underground parking space. There is a large ski and bike room, bus stop to the village, Signal-, Corviglia-, Corvatschbahn just in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity there are great restaurants, a nice swimming pool with wellness and fitness center. Kitchen small but fully equipped. Second bedroom very small, also with queen size bed and a closet. Second quite large bathroom (shower/WC/daylight). The whole apartment is very bright, offers enough storage space and is well insulated. Quiet despite central location. The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people.
