Room for 1 adult with SDE

This charming place to stay is within walking distance of the city center. On a quiet street, free and easy parking available. Close to train station and hospital. The space I am opening my single-story house, there are 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a cozy garden. the room is only for one person with one child. it consists of a 120 bed, a 90 bed that makes a sofa, a dressing room, a shower and a sink. Guest access the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and garden Other things to note I live with my grown-up son on a rotating basis, and my cat Seiko who has a large place in the house
