New House Near Skadar Lake

The space This is a new built home in the old, authentic village of Rvasi, perfect starting point to explore beautiful Skadar Lake in Montenegro. Village is 2km away from Karuc and 5km away from Rijeka Crnojevica, both iconic Skadar Lake locations. Montenegro's capital city Podgorica is 13km away and old royal Capital Cetinje 18km away. House is completely new and tastefully furbished. It has a large living area with pull out sofa, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large bathroom and one bedroom. House has two terraces, one with large dining table and the other with launge chairs. There is 1500m2 garden around the house with fruit trees and fresh vegetables to enjoy in season. You are welcome to use barbique or you can try out cooking your dinner in traditional Montenegrin style using pot called "sač". There are trampoline and swing to entertain small kids. Guest access Guests can use whole house and all amenities. Other things to note Village doesnt have grocery store, it would be good to take some supplies on a way. Sunday is non-working day in Montenegro and groceries are closed. Pharmacies and bakeries are open and gas station also sell basic food items.
