We only have to access the laundry/office next to the rooms sometimes. Own fridge and basic kitchen use. Located in convenient part of Bayswater half way to CBD and airport. Train station Meltham is about 700m and goes directly to Perth CBD all the way to Fremantle or the airport. As well the bus is about 350m to the CBD and Esplanade. The space We own a 4 by 2 house with a little grassed yard and a paved back area overlooking a Bayswater valley.
