This is a timeshare that runs weekly from Saturday to Saturday. It is a one bedroom that sleeps up to four since there is a full size bed fold-out sofa in the living room. It is a short 3 minute walk to one of the 10 best beaches in the world, Eagle Beach. The space Eagle Beach is a short walk away where there are palapas reserved for the guests of the resort. It is a short drive to grocery stores, liquor stores, golf course and a casino. The resort requires that guests spend at least $30 at the poolside bar/ restaurant. Additionally, upon arrival, the resort must collect governmental taxes for the room. Guest access Guests will have access to a large swimming pool, coin operated washers and dryers, poolside bar and restaurant, beach towels, and private umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach. There is a private parking lot available. You can get new beach towels each day when you turn the used ones in.
