The Hideaway Hut. (Shepherds Hut)

The Hideaway Hut has been lovingly designed/hand built, by me and my 77 year old dad with a precious eye for detail. The Shepherd’s Hut is on a beautiful acre of land in the peaceful village of Norland. With stunning views over the Valley and beyond. The quaint and rustic dwelling has a very comfortable double bed and fresh air dried linen. ensuring a restful nights sleep. For your comfort it has A dinky Kitchen, toilet and wash basin to complete the off grid living space peace, rest awaits you The space A hand built Shepherd’s Hut with real and comfortable bed, live edge worktop kitchen area, with all the accessories, romantic solar lighting, LPG gas hot water, reading nook, high bed for the extra toddler (an extra blow up can be added upon request) gas fire place, C02 and smoke detector fire extinguisher. On site you also have the use of a double shower in the shower shed, tin toilet and cubby kitchen (a fully equipped kitchen) a fire pit, BBQue and outdoor chairs. PLEASE NOTE: during winter months (November to March) the cubby kitchen tin toilet and shower shed are unavailable due to protecting these from frozen water. This is reflected in winter pricing. You have you own toilet and kitchenette with hot water in the hut. Fresh water will be provided if you arrive in freezing weather and the hut water freezes thank you !. Guest access As well as having the exclusive use of your elegantly designed hideaway hut, you have the shared use of a portable toilet and wash basin in the “Tin Toilet” shared use of an electric double shower with extra toilet in the “Shower Shed” and the shared use of the “Cubby Kitchen” which is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, fridge small freezer, electric hob, pans, kettle and toaster. There is an outdoor eating area, fresh water and, if requested, the use of a fire pit and outdoor b b que. All the shared facilities are checked and cleaned twice daily Other things to note The site is in a beautiful area with stunning Moorland walks and homely doggy friendly pubs close by. On site you have the “tin Toilet”, “shower shed” and “Cubby Kitchen” these are shared facilities with the other two units. They are cleaned and checked twice daily. In your shepherds hut, you have facilities to make a brew, your own cutlery, plates, bowls, cups. Please keep these at your facility. Fancy a fire? there are fire pits available upon request. Once you have made a booking please note that there are terms and conditions sent out via email and a £70 refundable security deposit must be sent to the owner directly, returned within 24 hours of departure. Dogs are welcome, however they MUST be kept on leads at ALL times as there are livestock in the field. No exceptions, please see terms and conditions for doggies
