Our four bedroom detached house is found at the foot of one of the towns most exclusive cul-de-sacs directly boarding Summerfields Wood Nature Reserve. It enjoys privacy and convenience to the town whilst having a lovely view towards Hastings Castle, the sea and a southerly facing garden. The garden is a beautiful space, with a vegetable garden and a forest gate leading directly into the forest. The space Ground floor Living room A large space, with a comfortable 3 seater sofa, a 65" OLED Smart TV and an extendable dining table. Large patio doors opening directly onto the garden. Kitchen Sunny and inviting kitchen, with an extendable dining table. Includes the following amenities: Oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Bedroom 2 Large bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress. Also contains small double sofa bed. Built-in wardrobe. Extra bedroom / playroom Nice space that can be configured as a playroom or the sofa and armchair can be folded out into beds and it is an extra bedroom. WC At the bottom of the stairs just next bedroom 2. Contains WC and sink. First floor Small bedroom Currently used as a child's bedroom, will be converted into an adult bedroom with a kingsize bed. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the entire house and garden, except the attic, the garage and one private room in the house that will remain locked. Other things to note We welcome guests to our family home, while we're travelling away. It is important for us that guests remain mindful and respectful of our beloved home.
