The space You won’t be short of space in this nearly 80 m² (860 sq ft) home with two living areas, ideal for large families or groups of friends: RDJ Level - The entrance & the laundry room with washing machine Level +1 - a large living/dining room. The couch can be used in a single bed. A terrace of approximately 10 m² with outdoor furniture is accessible from the living room and faces southwest. - a large equipped kitchen - One bedroom (double bed) with a toilet & an en-suite bathroom Attic level - A second bedroom (double bed) in the master suite, with the en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet - an office space Also enjoy a private parking space in the courtyard as well as free parking in front of the property. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and your beds are made on arrival. There's no cleaning to do when you check out. The accommodation is equipped with wifi (fiber) and Orange TV. The accommodation is very spacious, it is possible on request to add inflatable mattress beds in the bedrooms (maximum 7/8 people). Nightly rental upon request.
