Fire pan outside October-April. The space The property is located at Havnnes - Uløya. To get here you can go by bus from Tromsø 3 h, or drive a car. You can also travel by plane to Sørkjosen airport, and then drive a car 20 min. From Rotsund ferry dock, the ferry crosses to the island. The trip. takes 5 minutes and it is completely free to travel with the ferry. Daily bus departures to/from Tromsø. The ferry has about 8 daily calls. Housing over 3 floors. Direct access to great hiking trails in the woods from the property spring/summer/autumn. No groomed trails or ski slopes in the winter; only those you make yourself. The mountains have recently become very popular with ski enthusiasts, and the descent from e.g. Uløytind 1114 meters above sea level offers a completely spectacular experience where you feel like you are skiing right down in the fjord. Guest access The whole house except the basement floor and outbuildings. On the main floor and in the attic there are a total of 8 beds. The capacity can be extended to 10 guests during the period April-October when also bedroom no. 5 in the basement can be used - 2 beds here. The room has a private entrance from the outside. This can only be used by prior arrangement. Other things to note Havnnes is a beautiful and small village on the island of Uløya. To get here, you take a ferry from Rotsund. The ferry is free to travel with and the crossing takes only 5 minutes. Certain departures must be booked by contacting the vessel. Information about this can be found in the ferry table in photos/other photos. It is recommended to buy most of the food you need for your stay, before traveling over to the island. There is a small shop in the trading place with limited opening hours. Here you get the most necessary grocery shopping. The shop is open 9-1530 Mon-Fri and 9-12 Saturday. Sunday closed. There are no cafes or restaurants on site. There is no public transport on the island. There are no tour operators on site that offer guiding hikes in the mountains. The municipality center Storslett can be found on the mainland 20 min drive away.
