The open-plan living space feels bright and airy, with natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the garden. In the evening, get cosy by the large wood burner, with logs sustainably provided from the owner’s own Sussex woodland estate. The property also includes a dedicated boot room for your coats and wellies and an additional family shower room. Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 5): • Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed with a full bathroom located next door. • Bedroom 2: Offers a super king zip-and-link bed (can be configured as two twins upon request) and a private en-suite shower room. • Cosy Nook: A charming, raised double bed is tucked away just off the main living area for a unique sleeping experience. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire property and its grounds during their stay. • The Entire House: Full use of all rooms, including the open-plan living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. • Private Outdoor Oasis: Relax in your stunning garden, which features a lawn wrapping around the home with panoramic views of the South Downs. • Private Hot Tub: Unwind in the large, five-person hot tub. • Al Fresco Dining: A large patio with dining furniture is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. • Private Parking: Convenient parking for up to three cars is available on the driveway. Other things to note Please note the following details to ensure your stay is comfortable and meets your expectations: • The property is approached via a private drive that is shared with a historic manor house. • Please note that due to the nature of the drive, we would not recommend bringing low sports cars. • The grounds include a double pond; please be mindful and supervise children at all times. • The TVs in the property can only be used for terrestrial channels. • The Wi-Fi is currently provided through a temporary dongle, which may affect speed and connectivity. This is suitable for light browsing and emails but may not be ideal for streaming or heavy use. • Please note that our two gardeners (Phil and Sandra) visit the property to look after the grounds on a Monday (or a Friday if there's rain on the Monday).
