The villa also features a private pool, reserved exclusively for the family or group renting the property, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation. • Main Rancho (Kitchen & Social Area): This spacious and welcoming area is the heart of the villa. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy social space perfect for gatherings, and one comfortable bedroom for convenience and relaxation. • Parking Rancho: A dedicated, covered parking area that accommodates up to two vehicles, keeping them safe and protected from the elements. • Poolside Rancho: An open, shaded resting area by the pool, ideal for lounging, unwinding, and enjoying the tranquil outdoor ambiance. • Bedroom Ranchos (2 Units): Each of these two ranchos includes two well-appointed bedrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for guests to relax and recharge. Other things to note Please be aware that our property is equipped with a ring camera outside the front door. This camera is active at all times, is strictly used for security purposes to ensure both the property’s and our guest's safety. Don't forget to take your sun protector, mosquito repellent, Bluetooth speakers and beach towels. Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, pads, or any sanitary items down the toilet. 🗑️ Kindly use the trash bins provided in each bathroom. 🧼 Our staff will remove the trash bags daily to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
